Parboiled Long Grain Brown Rice.
SAUCEPAN - For 22 to 25 minutes. Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in cold running water. Add rice to a large pan of boiling water and return to the boil. Stir once and then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 22-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain in a sieve, rinse with boiling water and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
