Delivery & Collection Information
This page will share all the information that you will need to successfully schedule a delivery or collection service for your order.
Collections
Currently we have only one collection point located in the Valmont Plaza, Laborie Street , Castries. Ground Floor.
Opening hours:
Mon - Friday: 7am to 5pm
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Local Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery for orders over $150 EC.
Local Delivery Services are as follows:
Standard 1-3 days: $25.00 EC charge.
This delivery option will get your items to you anytime between 1-3 days.
Next Day: $40.00 EC charge.
This delivery option will get your items to you within 24hrs from the point of placing your order.
Same Day Express: $75.00 EC charge.
This delivery option will have your items delivered to you between on the same day that you placed it. Please Note - Same Day Express orders are only valid if they are placed anytime before 3:30pm of the day that it needs to be delivered.
Delivery Times are between 7am and 5pm
We do not deliver out of our operating hours. If you would like to arrange a delivery for the weekend or out of operational hours please Contact Us so we may try to accommodate this.
Delivery Zones
We currently deliver island-wide and do not deliver out of St. Lucia. Please ensure that there is road and parking access for your driver. If there is reduced access or closed roads, we advise that you place your order to your nearest location with adequate access. If access is restricted. your order will be returned to the warehouse.
Redelivery will cost an extra $15.00 EC
For international customers wanting international shipping, please ensure you email our team on sales@ordershopstlucia.com before completing your order.
