Description
Since they are usually made with wheat flour or oats, they are a rich source of B-complex vitamins and dietary- fibre. They are a good source of energy too, and an ideal snack to get when you are hungry. May also contain milk and barley.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Not Suitable for freezing.
