INGREDIENTS: Maize Flour.

To soak. Before heating: Place 50g of cous cous into a heatproof bowl. During heating: Pour 75 ml boiling water over the cous cous and stir. Cover and stand for 7 minutes. After heating: Stir with a fork to free any grains. Serve immediately.
