This gluten free penne is an ideal alternative to standard wheat pasta.
Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Place the penne in a saucepan of boiling water (1 litre of water per 105g pasta). During cooking: Add salt to taste and boil for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. A shorter cooking time results in a more "al dente" (firm) texture. After cooking: When the penne is cooked drain immediately and serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
