What you need:
200g diced chicken*, 120g vegetables 9mangetout, broccoli, peppers and spring onions), 20ml vegetable oil.
*Can be substituted with tofu, prawns or vegetables.
Cook in 3 simple steps: ready in 15 minutes.
1. Heat 20ml of vegetable oil and fry diced chicken for 9 minutes.
2. Add the mangetout broccoli and peppers and fry for 3mins. Stir in the noodles and teriyaki sauce and fry for a further 3 mins.
3.Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion on top.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
