What You Need
120g diced, pre-cooked potatoes, 15ml vegetable oil, 300g diced beef*
*Can be substituted with tofu, chicken or vegetables.
Cook In 3 Simple Steps: Ready In 15 Minutes
1. Heat 15 ml of vegetable oil and fry curry paste with 1tbsp of coconut milk for 2 mins
2. Add diced beef and continue to fry for 3 mins.
3. Stir in remaining coconut milk and simmer for 5 mins. Add in the precooked potatoes, Thai dried herbs and spices and peanuts and simmer for a further 5 mins.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
