Open pack and measure one rounded dessert spoonful of coffee beans for each cup required into your coffee grinder. Cafetière: Grind coffee beans medium coarse. Warm the pot and add coffee. Boil the water but wait before pouring to avoid scalding the coffee. Brew for 3 - 4 minutes - longer for a stronger coffee - with the plunger off. Then simply plunge and enjoy. Filter machine: Finely grind the coffee beans. Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the packet using the tab located on the back of pack, store in an airtight container and use within 2 weeks. Alternatively, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 weeks. Your coffee can also be stored in the freezer and used within 4 weeks. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
