Long-grain white rice contains less of a starch called amylopectin, which is what makes rice stick together.
How to make your packet:
1. Squeeze the pouch to separate the grains.
Using a pan:
1. Boil 30 ml (about 2 tbsp) water
2. Add rice
3. Cover and simmer for 3 mins
Using the microwave:
1. Tear the top corner open slightly
2. Heat for 2 mins in a 700W microwave or 90 sec. in a 900W one
