Cooked lentils, kidney beans, adzuki beans and chickpeas in a barbecue style sauce. Squeeze pouch to separate the beans. Add to 3ml (approx. 2 tbsp) of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 3 mins. Stir through before serving. Squeeze pouch gently to separate the beans. Tear the top corner of the pouch open slightly and place pouch upright on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power for the time specified. Stir contents before serving. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing from pouch from microwave. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.
