Microwave: 750W 2 mins, 850W 2 mins, 1000W 1 1/2 mins. Squeeze pouch gently to separate rice grains. Tear or cut the top of the pouch by about 2 cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave and heat for the time specified. Remove pouch from microwave and tear open. Hob: 2-3 mins. Place 45 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed and product has reached a palatable temperature. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Place the rice on a plate and fluff up with a fork. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
Beware of escaping steam when opening pouch. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
