Directions for use HOB: Place 45ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Fluff up rice with a fork and serve immediately. MICROWAVE: Squeeze pouch to separate rice grains. Tear the top corner of the pack by about 2 cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave and heat for the time specified (750w - 2 mins, 850w - 2 mins, 1000w - 1 1/2 mins). Remove pouch from microwave and tear open. Place rice on a plate and fluff up with a fork. Serve immediately. STIR-FRY: Heat one table spoon of oil (15ml) in a frying pan or wok. Add contents of the pouch and fry over a moderate to high heat for 3 - 4 minutes stirring frequently. Fluff up the rice with a fork and serve immediately. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
