HOB: Squeeze pouch to separate the grains. Place 45ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Fluff up grains with a fork and serve immediately. Ensure product is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Can be eaten hot or cold. Microwave: Squeeze pouch gently to separate grains. Tear or cut the top of the pouch by about 2 cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave and heat for the time specified (750w - 2 min, 850w - 2 min, 1000w - 1 min 30 sec). Remove pouch from microwave and tear open. Place the grains on a plate and fluff up with a fork. Serve immediately. Take care when handling and opening the pouch. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, if unheated, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
