HEAT: Place 45ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Fluff up with a fork and serve immediately. Ensure product is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. MICROWAVE: Squeeze pouch separate grains. Tear the top corner of the pouch by 2 cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave and heat for the time specified (750w - 2 minutes, 850w - 2 minutes, 1000w - 1 minute 30 secs). Remove pouch from microwave and tear open. Place the grains on a plate and fluff up with a fork. Serve immediately. Take care when handling and opening the pouch. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. STIR-FRY: Heat one tablespoon of oil (15ml) in a frying pan or wok. Add contents of the pouch and fry over a moderate to high heat for 3 - 4 minutes stirring frequently. Fluff up the grains with a fork and serve immediately.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, if unheated, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
