Allow 50g couscous per person. Place couscous into a bowl, add the same volume of hot water. Cover and let it rest for few minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the water. Stir with a fork to separate and fluff up the grains. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
