Stuffing mix with breadcrumbs, ciabatta breadcrumbs, sweetened dried cranberries, orange peel, chestnuts and mixed herbs.
Oven: Empty the sachet of stuffing mix into a large mixing bowl. Pour over 250ml of boiling water. Gently fold together the stuffing mix and water then allow to stand for 5 minutes. When all water has absorbed, transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish lightly greased with butter. Place in the centre of a preheated oven Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes or until crisp and golden on top.
Store in a cool, dark, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight non-metallic lidded container.
