Per 115g serving Energy (8400kJ/2000kcal) 2033kJ, 485kcal 24% Fat (70g) 21g 30% HIGH Saturates (20g) 14g 70% HIGH Sugars (90g) 32g 36% HIGH Salt (6g) 0.30g 5% LOW

Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for the time specified. Stand for 1 minute before serving. STEAM: Place in a steamer and steam over boiling water for 20 minutes. Carefully remove from steamer. Do not allow pan to boil dry. BOIL: Place on a trivet or upturned heat resistant saucer in a saucepan to avoid direct heat. Fill the saucepan to one third of the height of the pot, cover, bring water to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Ensure water does not enter the pudding. Carefully remove from saucepan. Do not allow the pan to boil dry. Remove film and invert onto a serving plate, squeeze gently and slowly lift of the plastic pot.

Pudding will be very hot. Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.

Store in a cool, dry place.
