Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Hob
Before Cooking: Place 400ml cold water on the hob. Rinse 100g of quinoa. During cooking: Bring to the boil and add the rinsed quinoa. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, until most of the water has been absorbed. Drain: Drain well and stand for 5 minutes. Separate with a fork and use as required.
