Place 1ml of semi-skimmed milk and 25ml of water in a saucepan with 1g butter (optional) and bring to the boil. Stir in the contents of the sachet and boil gently, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Remove from heat, stir and serve. The sauce with thicken on standing. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat. Empty the contents of the sachet into a large (2.4 litre) microwaveable bowl. Add 1ml of semi-skimmed milk and 25ml of boiling water and 1g butter (optional). Cover with microwaveable film and pierce several times. Cook on full power and stir twice during cooking. Remove from the microwave, stir, cover and stand for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Caution: Beware of escaping steam when removing film. Handle carefully to avoid scalding.
