Couscous is not actually a grain, buy a tiny North African pasta. Its a fantastic staple to keep on hand in your kitchen. It cooks in under 10 minutes and you can use it in anything in salad to bowl to simple side dishes. This couscous has a delicate lemon and coriander flavor. To cook it bring the water to a boil, add then grains, cover the pot and remove it from the heat. Let it stand for 5 minutes, covered, before you remove the lid and fluff with a fork. Enjoy!!
