Microwave: 750W for 1 1/2 minutes, stir and re-cover, 1 minute. 850W for 1 minute, stir and re-cover, 1 minute. 1000W for 1 minute, stir and re-cover, 1 minute. Empty contents into a microwaveable container. Cover with a microwaveable film or a saucer. Cook on full power for the time specified, stir and re-cover as directed. Stir and drain before serving. Saucepan: Empty contents of can into a saucepan and heat gently for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Drain before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
