Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water (1 litre per 100g pasta) and add salt, if desired. Stir and return to the boil. Cook for 9 minutes, drain well and serve immediately.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container. Not suitable for freezing.
