BOIL: for 12 to 15 minutes. Place 75g of rice per person into a sieve and rinse well in cold running water. Add rice to a large pan of boiling water and return to the boil. Stir once and then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12 - 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain the rice in a sieve and lightly fork through the rice before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Do not reheat.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
