CHILLI CON CARNE Serves 4 Ingredients and cooking method • 1 sachet of Bramwells Chilli Con Carne Seasoning Mix • 45g Lean Minced Beef • 2 Medium Onions, Diced • 4g Can Chopped Tomatoes • 4g Can Kidney Beans • 15ml cold water 1. Brown the mince and diced onion in a saucepan. Drain off any excess fat 2. Mix in the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the mince, with tomatoes and kidney beans. 3. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously, then cover and simmer for 2 minutes until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. 4. Enjoy with freshly cooked rice.
