CHICKEN CASSEROLE Serves 4 • 1 Sachet of Bramwells Chicken Casserole Seasoning Mix • 45g Diced Chicken • 2 Medium Chopped Onions • 3 Medium Sliced Carrots • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil • 425ml Cold Water 1. Preheat the oven to 18°C, 17°C fan assisted, Gas Mark 4. 2. Fry the diced chicken in a pan with the oil and chopped onions until browned, then place the chicken, onions & carrots in an ovenproof casserole dish 4. Mix the contents of the sachet with the cold water and add to the casserole dish 5.
