Oyster stir fry sauce made with spring onion, garlic and ginger.
Heat 15ml of oil in a pan over a high heat, add the chicken and vegetables and fry for 4 - 5 minutes, until cooked through. Pour in the sauce, reduce to a medium heat and stir for 1 - 2 minutes. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout
